like a virus, it spreads from person to person, unchecked. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
some people succumb to\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n
the fear. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
let it rule their lives.\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n
let it dictate their moves. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
let it keep them quiet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
sadness follows fear.\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n
follows like\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n
death follows life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
and as i sit here,\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n
too awake at a time that is far too late, <\/p>\n\n\n\n
i swallow my tears and rub my eyes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
fear has started to rule my life <\/p>\n\n\n\n
