Those two blinding daggers, they proclaimed their\u00a0arrival\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

So, when that boy cornered you in the hall and asked, smirking,\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Is it cold in here? Or is it just you?<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

You wailed for forgiveness?\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Or at age eleven?\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

When your childhood friend grabbed that turtle-neck sweater, the one with the cartoon\u00a0dogs\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

And seized that wretched\u00a0cloth\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

So, as\u00a0you fled behind the playground\u2019s cool steel beams,\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Your dared not envision your\u00a0father\u2019s serrated belt?\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

So, as they tore your rigid flesh with every pinch, slap, and\u00a0grope\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Relax,\u00a0<\/em>it\u2019s<\/em>\u00a0slap-ass Friday! Consider it a compliment!<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

You branded your thighs with the kiss of a razor?\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

No, it was probably age sixteen, I\u00a0bet\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Of your oh-so-Godly uncle, the one with the lingering gaze\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

So, as he uttered that verse through his rotted, wicked\u00a0teeth\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The spirit is willing, but the flesh is\u00a0<\/em>weak<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

You begged Him with dagger-laced tears to forgive thine sins committed?\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Yet here you stand, age\u00a0twenty-two\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Once morose and abrased, you revel in their\u00a0praise\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

It\u2019s a good thing, you think, they say you\u2019re a\u00a0hottie\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

So, as you swipe right, and right, and you give into their\u00a0desires\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
