\nThe kiss goodbye,
\nThe promise to never
\nLeave one’s side.<\/p>\n
It all comes down
\nTo this endless web
\nOf the millions and millions
\nOf touches we trade.<\/p>\n
And then there is that endless night
\nOf comforting lies and alluring deception,
\nThe rush of the jump
\nInto endless temptation.<\/p>\n
He falls, she falls, we all fall down
\nA dark, dark hole to a haunted town.
\nBodiless hands in unknown crowds,
\nThat wrap her up in a ghastly shroud.<\/p>\n
The light fades, the warmth disappears,
\nGive way to the pain of needles and spears,
\nThat nail her heart, her soul, her being;
\nA gruesome corpse of a reigning queen.<\/p>\n
Or leave her just a shell of fright
\nAnd skin and bones; no soul inside.
\nNo place to hide, to live, to stay,
\nWhen the protector chases a prey.
\nBroken faith, like shattered glass,
\nOaths buried in the nasty rush.<\/p>\n
Go on then and test her might,
\nA Broken Princess awaits no knight.
\nAlone she fights to reap your crimes,
