She saw the man, who was falling from the sky, He was flying with the birds, as one of their own. The man looked down, and didn’t want her to die, The woman below, on that golden throne. The pair couldn’t meet, as they were from two worlds, But both of them thought about meeting until the end. Soon enough, the ship’s sails unfurled, Now it is here, the time to pretend. On the sea, the woman went, And the man watched over her and kept his word. Every day on the boat, she had wept, Until the time that she fell to the sword. The man in the sky fell down to the earth, So he made a virtue, a wish, which was his birth.
