Jack Scholtes

At the place of birth, they start to learn

They wanted to explore, beyond that house

For the rest of the world is what they yearn

Their dream started out, as small as a mouse

The birds sang, and they chirped with glee

Two went across the world, to see a new domain

From the earth, all the way to the sea

They knew that this dream would sustain

Mother and Father came to see them

They enjoyed the time spent, as a family

The treasure was them, better than any gem

For the rest of that dream, it was reality

The four came back to that house

Inside the mom and dad had made their vows
