Passing pillars of light<\/p>\n
As we weaved through the hours<\/p>\n
I remember she said<\/p>\n

But she stayed past that moment<\/p>\n
And we shared many more<\/p>\n
We snapped I-60 on i60<\/p>\n
Praying the film would last as long as the road did<\/p>\n
We never went digital<\/p>\n
We never looked back<\/p>\n
Not until we finished the trip anyway<\/p>\n
Coasting from the ocean to the desert and back again<\/p>\n
Even on a dry day<\/p>\n
It\u2019s nice to have someone to share the rain with<\/p>\n
All that time<\/p>\n
Unalone<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Whoever said that those scenes go away?<\/p>\n
Whoever said that life stopped when you got back to your bedroom door?<\/p>\n
Memory is what creation gave us to know what there is<\/p>\n
To perceive it is a joy<\/p>\n
To watch the film unfold as we are sculpted through time<\/p>\n
Moment to moment<\/p>\n
Knowing better than to justify means<\/p>\n
That lead to no end<\/p>\n
