I can’t help but fall,
Fall hard because I feel I’ve met the one.
I can’t be crazy, I only knew him a night,
Yet, I fell pretty hard. His green eyes, or they were blue,
I can’t undo that now, it’s been thought through.
I can’t remember but his eyes reminded me of the forests.
Or even the northern lights.
His eyes were for sure green. They were as green as the leaves,
Which hung from every tree that my eyes could see.
His eyes were piercing, and his smile ruined it for me.
I felt weak, underneath his gaze.
If I could see them again, I may fall to my knees.
Those green eyes will never leave my mind,
They’re an imprint that will remain,
Like a signature written in ink on a dotted line,
His eyes will forever remain in the back of my mind.
